These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyProfile.my ("MyProfile", "Platform" or "Service"), operated by Training Cube International Sdn Bhd (976872-V).
By accessing, registering for, or using MyProfile, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you choose to make your profile public, selected information may become accessible to employers, recruiters, clients, professional contacts and members of the public.
Important: Information that you intentionally publish through a public profile may be viewed, copied, downloaded, indexed, shared or retained by third parties.
Changing your profile visibility or deleting your profile does not guarantee that copies previously obtained by third parties will be removed.
You are responsible for reviewing the information that you choose to make publicly available.
Your telephone number will not be displayed on your MyProfile digital profile.
MyProfile may provide tools that allow you to generate or prepare resumes.
You are responsible for reviewing your resume before downloading, submitting or sharing it with another person or organisation.
Where you provide reference information specifically for the purpose of generating a resume, such reference information is not retained as part of your MyProfile digital profile.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate permission or authority to provide personal information relating to another person.
Where you provide your telephone number for resume generation, it may appear on the resume generated for you.
The telephone number is not displayed on your MyProfile digital or public profile.
You are responsible for deciding who receives or has access to a resume containing your telephone number.
MyProfile may provide functionality allowing your account to be connected or synchronised with an authorised school, educational institution, company or other organisation.
When you connect your account to an institution, information associated with your MyProfile account may be made available to authorised administrators of that institution.
Depending on the relevant programme or configuration, this may include:
You acknowledge that authorised administrators of the connected institution may access information shared through the connection for purposes related to the relevant school, education, employment, training or organisational programme.
The relevant school, company or institution may also have its own privacy policy and data-processing practices.
You should review the relevant institution's policies where applicable.
Authorised MyProfile administrators may access certain user information where reasonably necessary to operate and maintain the Platform.
Administrator access may be required for purposes including:
Administrative access should be limited to authorised personnel and used only where reasonably necessary for legitimate operational, support, security or legal purposes.
You retain ownership of the intellectual-property rights that you have in your User Content, subject to rights belonging to third parties.
By submitting User Content to MyProfile, you grant Training Cube International Sdn Bhd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, format, display and transmit the User Content to the extent reasonably necessary to provide and operate the Service.
This licence does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Training Cube.
Where you choose to make User Content publicly available, you acknowledge that such content may be accessible to third parties.
Unless otherwise stated, MyProfile and its original software, branding, design, interface, logos, graphics, templates, text, layouts and functionality are owned by or licensed to Training Cube International Sdn Bhd.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, sell, commercially exploit or otherwise misuse MyProfile's proprietary materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
You must not use MyProfile to:
MyProfile may contain links to third-party websites or allow you to connect with third-party services.
We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, terms or privacy practices.
You should review the terms and privacy policies of third-party services before using them.
Where MyProfile provides paid services, payments are processed through Stripe.
Stripe may collect and process payment information in accordance with its own terms, policies and privacy practices.
You acknowledge that Stripe is a third-party payment service provider and that payment processing may be subject to Stripe's applicable terms and policies.
We will use reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of MyProfile. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be:
The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, security incidents, network failures, third-party service interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We take reasonable measures to protect information stored through MyProfile as described in our Privacy Policy.
However, you should maintain your own copies of important resumes, portfolios, certificates, documents and other information.
We do not guarantee that any particular User Content will be retained indefinitely.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to MyProfile where reasonably necessary, including where:

You may stop using MyProfile at any time and may request deletion of your account where the relevant functionality is available.

Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by law, necessary for security, required to resolve disputes, or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
Information previously copied, downloaded, indexed or retained by third parties may remain outside our control.
MyProfile provides tools for creating and managing professional profiles and resumes.
We do not independently verify the accuracy of information submitted by users.
You are responsible for reviewing your resume and professional profile before submitting or sharing them with employers, recruiters, clients, schools, companies or other third parties.
MyProfile does not guarantee employment, interviews, recruitment opportunities, business opportunities, clients or any other professional outcome.
MyProfile may allow users to share professional information with employers, recruiters, schools, companies or other organisations.
We do not guarantee the identity, conduct, qualifications, intentions or reliability of any third party using or viewing information through MyProfile.
You are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment when communicating or sharing information with third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyProfile is provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Training Cube International Sdn Bhd, its directors, employees, agents, contractors, service providers and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use MyProfile.
This may include loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Malaysian law.

Your continued use of MyProfile after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and explains how Training Cube International Sdn Bhd collects, uses, stores, discloses and protects personal data.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the applicable laws and courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible.
The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure by Training Cube International Sdn Bhd to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to specific features or services, constitute the agreement between you and Training Cube International Sdn Bhd regarding your use of MyProfile.
