The User Acquisition (UA) Executive (often called a Performance Marketer) is the financial engine of digital growth. Unlike brand marketers who focus on awareness and aesthetics, UA executives focus purely on mathematics, return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer acquisition cost (CAC). They are given a budget and must spend it to "buy" new users for an app or website.

Daily activities revolve around data dashboards and ad managers. An executive might launch a new Facebook ad campaign in the morning, test five different images and headlines (A/B testing), and monitor the real-time cost-per-click. If Campaign A is acquiring users for RM 5 and Campaign B costs RM 10, they will shut down B and funnel the budget into A. They constantly analyze data to find the most profitable audiences.

This role is highly secure because it directly controls revenue generation. While AI algorithms automate ad bidding, the human UA executive is required to design the testing strategy, allocate high-level budgets, and align marketing metrics with overall business profitability.
