Glove Dipping Line Supervisor

Penyelia Barisan Celupan Sarung Tangan

"This heavy manufacturing sector focuses on managing the massive, automated assembly lines that produce millions of rubber and nitrile gloves daily."

The Career Story

Dipping Line Supervisors are the captains of massive manufacturing beasts. To strictly differentiate: The Latex Chemist invents the recipe. The QA Inspector tests the final glove. The Dipping Line Supervisor runs the actual 100-meter-long, multi-story machine that dips ceramic hand molds into liquid rubber at high speeds to bake the gloves.

A modern glove dipping line is a staggering piece of engineering. It runs 24/7, producing tens of thousands of gloves per hour. The Supervisor is responsible for keeping this massive machine running flawlessly.

They walk the hot, humid factory floor constantly. They monitor the temperature of the curing ovens, the speed of the chain, and the level of liquid latex in the dipping tanks. If a ceramic mold (former) breaks, or if the gloves start sticking together, the Supervisor must quickly coordinate technicians to fix the issue without stopping the massive machine, because downtime costs thousands of ringgit per minute.

They also manage the human elementsupervising the operators who load chemicals, clean the molds, and pack the gloves. It is a loud, sweaty, and high-pressure leadership role that requires deep mechanical understanding and extreme stamina.
