About University College Bestari
University College Bestari (UCB) ( Kolej Universiti Bestari ) is one of the first Private Higher Education Institutions (IPTS) that strives to dignify poor Malay children, the PPRT (Poor People's Development Program) and orphans throughout Malaysia who are capable in the academic field to have the opportunity to continue their studies to a higher level. Thus, the establishment of UCB is not motivated solely by profit (non-profit making institution) but more towards welfare. UCB also realizes scientific development in the mainstream so that this educational opportunity is also felt by rural communities and orphans throughout the country.
