I have over 12 years of experience with Lembaga Zakat Selangor, covering customer service, zakat collection reporting, education assistance administration and student data management. I spent 9 years and 6 months in customer service, where I handled customer enquiries, prepared daily zakat collection reports, provided guidance and assisted customers in identifying suitable zakat assistance.

I later gained 1 year and 8 months of experience supporting education assistance for asnaf children, including zakat scholarship sponsorship and education fee claims. For the past 1 year and 6 months, I have been managing student records related to zakat scholarships, including application and completion data.

I have practical experience in data management and Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level, with basic Microsoft Word skills. I am a detail-oriented and service-oriented professional who is continuously developing my capabilities in data management, administration and data analysis.
