Designed and developed a web-based election management system for the school’s dining hall committee election, aimed at replacing traditional manual voting procedures with a more efficient and reliable digital solution. The system manages candidate information, student voter records, secure user authentication, and automated vote collection and counting. It incorporates a one-vote-per-student mechanism to prevent duplicate voting and ensures that submitted votes cannot be altered after confirmation. The system also generates organised election results and reports to assist teachers and school management in monitoring and reviewing the election process. Developed the system using web development technologies, with a focus on functionality, data management, user accessibility, and system reliability.
