I am an aspiring public administration and diplomacy professional with a strong interest in leadership, strategic communication, governance, and public service. My academic background in Islamic Studies, combined with my experience in organisational leadership, programme management, and community engagement, has developed my ability to work with diverse individuals, communicate effectively, and approach challenges with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
Throughout my academic and organisational journey, I have been actively involved in leadership roles, managing programmes, coordinating teams, and engaging with students, educators, and community stakeholders. These experiences have strengthened my skills in public speaking, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, teamwork, and decision-making. I am particularly interested in understanding how effective leadership, sound administration, and thoughtful policymaking can contribute to meaningful social development.
My long-term career aspiration is to serve in Malaysia's public sector, particularly in a role that allows me to contribute to public administration, policy implementation, national development, and international relations. I aspire to continuously develop myself into a principled, competent, and adaptable public servant who can bridge ideas, people, and institutions while contributing meaningfully to the nation.
